Tele-INR | How does it works?
1 Patients (or health operators) measure the PT/INR value with the portable coagulometer. Data transfer is done through one of the WebCom® line modules. WebCom®, WebCom® Plus or WebCom® Nano sends the registered value through Internet in a safe modality (you need a web connection with an Ethernet port). WebCom® SMS sends data in a safe modality via SMS whenever an Internet connection is not available. 2 Sinaptica IT receives the value automatically, protecting data (through the 3A system) and registering the value on the patient’s digital case history ClinicOnline®. 3 Authorized health operators access, via web, patients’ digital case history ClinicOnline®. ClinicOnline® is designed to be completely compatible either with most advanced technologies or with already existing software or hardware systems. This means that the operator can have access to patients’ digital case history with most available devices able to connect to the web. 4 According to PT/INR values shown in the digital case history, the health operator sends via e-mail or SMS the oral anticoagulant therapy program to be followed, customized to patient’s status. |
